About the Opportunity

Join our team as a Data Engineer and help us unlock the full potential of our Cloud SaaS Customer Experience (Contact Center) Platform! As a key player in our dynamic environment, you'll spearhead the design, construction, and upkeep of our data pipeline. Harnessing the power of cutting-edge cloud technologies, AI, machine learning, and modern data processing tools, you'll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and analysts to elevate our data ecosystem to new heights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and distributing large datasets.
  • Design and implement secure data storage solutions using cloud technologies like Data Lakes.
  • Optimize data processing performance and cost efficiency through monitoring and tuning.
  • Integrate Azure cloud services effectively for data engineering tasks while ensuring security and compliance.
  • Implement data governance measures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Utilize automation tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions to streamline data operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Enhance real-time data insights using Spark and Databricks for big data processing and analytics.
  • Support BI initiatives through integration with visualization tools like Power BI.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in Azure cloud services and related technologies.
  • Strong expertise in building and maintaining Data Lakes and similar architectures.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and automation workflows with GitHub Actions.
  • Deep understanding of data pipeline tools and big data technologies like Spark and Databricks.
  • Deep expertise in data pipeline tools and big data technologies, including Spark and Databricks.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI for data visualization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.

 

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $120,800 - $188,600 + bonus.
