Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, providing data-driven insights, forecasting, planning, and operational support to drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness. This individual contributor role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to improve business performance, optimize processes, and accelerate strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform sales and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop sales forecasts and performance analyses.
- Act as a trusted business partner to Area Sales Leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Build and manage sales quotas, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
- Support strategic planning, territory planning, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, or related functions.
- Experience with forecasting, sales performance management, and KPI reporting.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required.

The pay range for this opportunity is from $128,500 to $178,500 + benefits. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary plus commissions for this position. Actual total compensation will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies.
