ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Web Publishing / Localization Manager will drive conversion and increase customer acquisition growth by creating compelling and high-converting web experiences.  You will be responsible for managing global localization; maintaining and optimizing Avaya’s global websites and will work across marketing to ensure our websites effectively tell the Avaya story.  You will partner with IT to manage and review content and design implementation.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Day-to-day management and optimization of Avaya websites
•    Manage ongoing content updates including copy, content/resources and SEO, video, and tools
•    Conduct comprehensive and regular ongoing analysis of web performance
•    Implement web editorial calendar to maximize impact of Avaya brand and campaigns
•    Track and report out on relevant KPIs to drive decision making across marketing
•    Identify, recommend, and execute website improvements
•    Manage content localization and SEO with international teams
•    Execute effective strategies to drive significant inbound traffic that converts
•    Test, optimize and implement best practices and learnings for website conversions
•    Drive web content personalization strategy, implementation, testing and optimization
•    Work with outside SEO agencies and other suppliers
•    Manage and evolve user experience around video content and leverage video platform to increase visitor engagement
•    Co-ordinate website privacy content and compliance with key stake-holders
 

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
•    Demonstratable digital marketing experience including implementing website information architecture, layout, and navigation
•    Proven track record in digital localization for international organizations
•    Demonstrable experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other web-related tools
•    Proven experience managing global web properties that drive B2B customer acquisition
•    Proficiency in web management, optimization, analytics, and reporting
•    Ability to work with data and review reporting and dashboards; define recommendations for improving engagement results and the customer experience

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
•    Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
•    Highly analytical and detail-oriented
•    Good customer focus
•    Hands-on experience of enterprise-grade Content Management Systems 
•    Experience with HTML/CSS
•    Fluent / native English speakers, additional languages will be a plus
