About the Responsibilities

Manage leads and opportunities; positioning Avaya’s UC, CC, CPaaS, Professional Services, and Alliance Vendor solutions with clients

Develop strategic business plans for your accounts and territory and then execute that plan with the assistance of engineering, services, and application overlay resources

Identify and work leads and opportunities which arise within the assigned territory; providing an opportunity to grow your business and influence within the region

Regularly update SalesForce account and opportunity records to provide and BUILD an accurate funnel outlook

‘Blitz’ with your clients and into new opportunities as part of the Commercial Business Unit’s prospecting activities

About the Requirements


Proven experience selling technology solutions into commercial businesses including UC, CC, CCaaS, CPaaS, Video, Data-Networking, e911, business continuity, and management applications,

Successful history of selling the supporting maintenance and professional services needed to implement and care for these solutions



Proficiency with SaleForce, MS Office



Travel 40-60%; predominantly in-region with occasional trips for corporate events



Bachelors Degree in an IT discipline, Communications, or Business preferred


2 - 5 Years of experience
