About the Role

 

Are you a strategic relationship builder who thrives on driving growth through partnerships? We are seeking a dynamic Channel Account Manager to own and expand our presence within assigned Tier I Sales Channels. In this role, you will be the face of the company to our key distributors, OEMs, dealers, and Global System Integrators (GSIs), driving "push" demand and unlocking new revenue streams across both products and services.

As a vital bridge between our organization and our partners, you will align business strategies, deliver impactful enablement, and co-develop solutions that ensure maximum focus on our portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive Channel Demand: Maximize sales volume and market share by generating robust "push" demand through established Tier I indirect sales channels (Distributors, OEMs, Dealers, and Retailers).

  • Partner Enablement & Advocacy: Represent the company to our partners—and vice versa—by driving collaborative marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and product training.

  • Grow Services Revenue: Partner with established business organizations to articulate the value of our services portfolio, helping them build compelling value propositions for their end customers.

  • Alliance Strategy: Collaborate directly with GSI and Alliance partners to build long-term strategies around solution architecture and practice development.

  • Strategic Alignment: Assess the future roadmap of our products and services against our partners' future direction to identify and capitalize on mutual growth opportunities.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • The Relationship Builder: Proven experience managing complex, multi-tiered channel relationships (Distributors, GSIs, OEMs) and a track record of building mutual trust.

  • The Strategist: Ability to look at two distinct product roadmaps and map out a combined strategy that drives revenue growth.

  • The Enabler: Passion for teaching, training, and equipping partner sales teams with the tools and knowledge they need to win.

  • The Closer: Comfortable owning and exceeding a medium-to-large revenue quota in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
