About the Responsibilities

The successful candidates will have the following responsibilities:

  • Operates as a customer-facing CCaaS technical consultant, and is the primary owner of the proof of concept CCaaS accounts, and works closely with customers to convert POC’s to sales.
  • Serves as an expert CCaaS consultant to uncover known and unknown needs, discover issues and drive definition of customer or partner business requirements.
  • Delivers in-depth technical CCaaS presentations to senior-level customers, partners, and prospects. Leads whiteboard discussions linked to specific customer/partner needs.  Able to successfully represent the technical aspects of a solution and present how they solve specific business issues.
  • Plans and leads demos for large-scale, complex integrations to customers, partners and prospects.
  • Leads knowledge transfer sessions to educate the field, customers, and partners with the latest technical, industry and product knowledge. Coaches new partner SEs to support onboarding activities.

About the Requirements


  • Requires proven CCaaS technical experience with an established record of supporting sales.
  • Preferred to have a technical CC background with a strong understanding of both technical and operational elements of contact center operations.  


  • Proven record of effective technical account and partner engagement, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, demo’s etc. 
  • Solid understanding of CC and cloud technologies.

  • The role may be based in any major North American location, and may be office or remote worker based, with travel as required.


  • Bachelors degree in engineering technical field preferred .
