About the Responsibilities

We are looking for Technical Delivery Lead /Senior Consultant to work with the professional services team for existing and upcoming Outbound projects.

  • Self-directed, making major contributions to teams 
  • When acting as Technical Team Lead takes responsibility for client satisfaction on project deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently with strong sense of ownership and commitment.
  • Strong leadership skill to provide guidance to the team.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert within areas of expertise, and/or is certified in one or more technology areas. Capable of diagnosing and evaluating complex issues.
  • Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
  • Offers a complete portfolio of software and services for contact center and unified communications
  • Owning the end-to-end solution design and architecture for implementation of large-scale complex enterprise communications systems 
  • Writing of Architecture documents and Technical Design documents, reviewing workbooks, reviewing test scenarios.
  • Responsible for end to end project delivery, Production rollouts, proof of concept and technical demos.
  • Ensures the interface and dependencies between infrastructure and application teams are validated.

About the Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Ability to write high quality technical documents. Lead review sessions with customer to obtain approval and signoff
  • Engineering in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in Outbound dialer / Avaya POM dialer specifically
  • 15+ years of experience in Avaya UC and CC products (CM, CMS, SM, AES etc.) including a minimum of 5+ years in Technical Lead role for Avaya POM dialer specifically.
  • Preferred hands on experience of Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager, Experience Portal, Orchestration Designer application (OD), customization 
  • Preferred Avaya PBX knowledge, knowledge of LINUX, Database and scripting knowledge
  • Supervise engineers and provide guidance
  • Collaborate with vendor and partners effectively
