About the Opportunity

A successful Territory Account Manager will take ownership of their business and produce efforts and results that are supportive of team goals. We expect you to be able to increase the overall revenue with your ability to generate "pull" demand through indirect sales-oriented activities to end customers. Calling on distributors, reseller channels and selected end users are a key part of this role. Traits that will contribute to success include high energy, creativity, loves to win and more importantly, is a total team player.

About the Responsibilities

You will sell the full portfolio of Konftel (Konftel, a fully owned subsidiary of Avaya, is a leading company within collaboration endpoint solutions.) solutions by building professional and respectful relationships with key distributors, resellers and end users. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets as assigned. Your routine work will include face-to-face sales meetings, online meetings, telephone sales calls, providing training, handling trouble calls and continuously searching for ways to increase channel penetration, as well as, other similar tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to attend and work at targeted trade shows. As part of a bigger team, communication to your peers is critical. We desire to have a hard-working professional that also knows how to interject professional fun into the team dynamics.

About the Requirements

  1. Ability to multi-task and do whatever it takes to succeed
  2. Self-starter who works out of a home office
  3. Maintain full accountability and ownership of revenue growth, accounts, and partners within assigned territory
  4. Provides monthly feedback to management as required/requested
  5. Ability to build professional relationships with distributors, resellers and end users as appropriate
  6. Identifies challenges and presents solutions to the same
  7. Willingness and comfort to travel as the business dictates
  8. Achieve quotas by prospecting for new accounts, building strong partner relationships, developing partner account managers to drive additional growth and leveraging the sales network
  9. Understands and stays current with the competitive landscape
  10. Maintains a positive can-do attitude in fast paced arena


7 - 10 Years of Experience


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
