About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Operations and Development Specialist to join our enterprise applications team. This role will focus on the design, development, integration, and operational support of Microsoft Dynamics 365olutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Engagement modules. You’ll play a key role in driving digital transformation, ensuring system reliability, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development & Customization
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 customizations using Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, and Azure services.
- Develop and maintain workflows, plugins, and integrations to support business processes.
- Operations & Support
- Monitor and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with business users and vendors.
- Integration & Data Management
- Lead integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and Data Management Framework (DIXF).
- Manage data migration, transformation, and synchronization across systems.
- Project Delivery
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle using Agile and Sure Step 365 methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within scope.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards (e.g., CMMC, GDPR).
- Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Must be able to secure a top-secret security clearance.
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and operations.
- Proficiency in Power Platform, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and data governance.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) preferred.
The pay range for this opportunity is from $101,000 to $171,000 + performance-related bonus + benefits. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies.
