Description

Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration

·       Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns aligned with regional revenue goals and target verticals.

·       Partner closely with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to identify pipeline gaps and deploy activities that support deal progression.

·       Track, report, and improve performance metrics across leads, opportunities, and ROI.

 

Regional Campaign Execution

·       Localize global marketing initiatives for APJ markets, ensuring relevance to customer needs, competitive landscapes, and cultural nuances.

·       Manage multi-channel campaigns including webinars, digital content, ABM programs, events, and partner-led activities, in local language.

·       Support strategic accounts with tailored account-based initiatives.

 

Partner Marketing

·       Develop joint marketing plans with key channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.

·       Co-fund, track, and report partner marketing initiatives to ensure compliance and measurable outcomes.

·       Conduct enablement sessions to empower key partners with the latest messaging and solutions.

 

Events & Industry Engagement

·       Lead the execution of flagship regional events, thought-leadership forums, executive roundtables, and sponsorships.

·       Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up to ensure pipeline influence.

 

Budget & Business Judgment

·       Manage regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and high return on investment.

·       Operates independently with strong business judgment, proactively identifying new marketing opportunities and innovative ways to support revenue growth.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·       Work closely with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Communications, and Sales Operations teams.

·       Ensure consistent positioning of Avaya solutions across all regional touchpoints.

·       Contribute regional insights to global strategy teams.

 

Requirements 

·       7–10 years of relevant experience 

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

·       Experience with unified communications, contact center technologies, or cloud transformation solutions.

·       Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce)

·       Experience supporting multiple countries within APJ.

·       Multilingual capabilities (English required; Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese a plus).
