About the Opportunity

Avaya’s new private and public cloud solutions come with a huge growth potential. We are looking for a Named Account Manager in Vancouver to cover Enterprise Named Accounts in BC. To be successful in this role, you will need a good understanding of the industry, ability to communicate at the C-level as well as go down the chain to manage the details of the account. Avaya is on a mission to modernize its base and take the customers on a journey passing through subscriptions and ending with Cloud.  #L!-HK1

About the Responsibilities

  • Connect with the existing base at an executive level and draw a roadmap to cloud.
  • Build a funnel for modernizing the base.
  • Lead a full sales cycle from lead identification to close.
  • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (SE, Specialists, Marketing, Customer Success) for pre and post-sale engagements.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear closing strategies sales by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.

About the Requirements

EXPERIENCE
 

  • Proven experience in selling enterprise solutions in the UC and CC space.
  • Experience in building and managing funnel, and accurate forecasting.
  • Working independently while collaborating with a cross functional team in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to conduct a conversation and build a relation at C-levels.
     

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills, and ability to simplify complex concepts.   
  • Complex selling, challenger approach, energetic demeanor, tenacity to win.

  • Based in Vancouver, BC
     

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably business or technology related).
