About the Opportunity

- Technical Support in Avaya products and solution for Contact Centers and Unified Communications.
- Installing, configuring and deploying the server products to various types of infrastructure, as customer on premise, private cloud, or public cloud.
- Providing post sales technical support as troubleshooting on site and remotely, analyzing logs, etc.
- Attending meeting with customers
- Conducting system verification tests at LAB
- Escalating issues to engineering team worldwide

What you need
- Customer facing technical experience as technical support, customer success engineering, sales engineering, etc.
- Technical experience and skill in server-side technologies for the following area;
- UNIX/Linux server operating system technical experience
- Network infrastructure configuration, administration, troubleshooting
- Native level Japanese
- English communication skills for reading and writing email

What is nice to have
- Knowledge of Avaya systems
- Cloud technology such as VMWare, AWS
- Analyzing packets using Wireshark
- Scripting/Programming experience on UNIX/Linux environment
