Short Description

Work with other Senior and Junior Product Managers to Manage Avaya’s private cloud offering. This includes management from conception to end-of-life, running their area of responsibility like a business. Owns accountability for the financial success of a product. Acts as the voice of the customer, engaging with external customers and translating their needs into financially viable solutions. Applies a balance of technical and business/market expertise to create products that address customer needs, complement the company's product/solution portfolio and contribute to the company’s financial success. Provides technical directional leadership. Works with major customers to from commit till revenue booking. Builds connections across functions with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, program management, marketing, go-to-market, services, sales, learning and operations so that the product is absorbed quickly by the market and is a success overall. Provides data to enable and guide directional decision making. Supports Senior management. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Typically requires 10-15 years experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
