Description

Serve as a subject matter expert of AI / machine learning to the team members and the rest of Avaya

Translate and prioritize customer requirements into specific product requirements

Create our AI / machine learning solution strategy and design with the leadership members

Coordinate with the program manager and the rest of the team members

Analyze results of A/B testing to drive iteration and improvement of our product

Participates in agile activities, including daily standup, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings

Maintain documentation of our strategy, design and a high level of communication throughout the implementation process

Manage the priority of issues within projects and the priority of projects as a whole

Qualifications

M.S. in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a closely related discipline

Extensive working experience AI / machine learning related solution in customer engagement industry

Extensive experience with programming (Python, R, and Java)

General familiarity with IP-PBX, IVR, and CRM solutions

Personable with excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Jira (Agile/Scrum) and Confluence

Experience with cloud software platforms

Demonstrated aptitude for learning new concepts and capacity for self-teaching

A positive, optimistic attitude

Dependable, proactive and very organized
