Avaya Professional Services are seeking a senior consultant to provide design leadership during consulting, implementation and deployment of our enterprise solutions for our clients.

The delivery leadership function is briefly described as;

  • Pro-actively engaged on large projects
  • Takes end to end ownership of the solution and is the primary point of contact for the technical outcomes until the project is completed and transitioned to support organisations
  • Takes technical delivery responsibility for scope, budget and escalations. 
  • Aligns closely with subject matter experts and project management primes to ensure we plan ahead and the project stays on track.
  • Responsible for technical delivery guidance and oversight
  • Ensures that all technical project resources adhere to compliance processes and Avaya global best practices and methodologies

The successful candidate will have a depth of experience with consulting and deploying with a broad range of Avaya technology combined with a good general knowledge of other market technologies.  This person will have strengths in;

  • Avaya Aura Core technologies including Communications Manager and SIP deployment
  • Avaya Contact Centre design and consulting

 

Requirements

NV1 Security Clearance highly desirable. Candidate must have the ability to obtain this clearance if not already held.

Candidate must be an Australian Citizen.

Candidate will have 8 years+ industry experience coupled with great communication and sound technical skills to perform this position. Your understanding of business drivers for technology solutions and ability to plan and design customers’ solutions is essential in securing this role!
