We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator with Secret Security Clearance to assist our order and project cadence, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivery to clients. This role is pivotal in controlling the order book from quote to invoice cycle, handling data entry, and assisting various logistics tasks. 
 

Position Description

This position is warehouse based in Springfield, VA focusing on our Federal Government clients in the region. The position offers a good deal of autonomy and variable physical as well as computer-based work. Day to day activities include: 

Project Coordination:  Handle orders accurately. Manage pending installs, project reporting, and resolve order scheduling issues.
Order Fulfillment: Oversee shipping, progress invoicing, and problem resolution. 
Scheduling: Adjust production and shipping schedules according to customer requirements and project timelines.
3PL Coordination: Coordinate third-party logistics activities and ensure timely delivery of third-party products.
Compliance Reporting: Ensure all statutory compliance reporting is completed accurately and on time.
Deliveries: Make deliveries and ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients.

Qualifications

Secret Security Clearance: Must have Secret Security Clearance and be willing and able to attain Top Secret Clearance
Experience: Military or Retired Military experience preferred but not required. Open to wide variety of experience levels
Industry: Logistics, fulfillment, supply chain or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational, data entry, and project management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Physical Capability: Comfortable handling packages up to 35 pounds.
