Introduction

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator with Top Secret Security Clearance to manage our order and project cadence, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivery to clients. This role is pivotal in controlling the order book from quote to invoice cycle, handling data entry, and managing various logistics tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Coordination:  Handle orders accurately. Manage pending installs, project reporting, and resolve order scheduling issues.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee shipping, progress invoicing, and problem resolution. 
• Scheduling: Adjust production and shipping schedules according to customer requirements and project timelines.
• 3PL Coordination: Coordinate third-party logistics activities and ensure timely delivery of third-party products.
• Compliance Reporting: Ensure all statutory compliance reporting is completed accurately and on time.
• Deliveries: Make deliveries and ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Top Security Clearance: Must have Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience: Military experience preferred. Logistics, fulfillment, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational, data entry, and project management skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable handling packages up to 35 pounds.
