Short Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategic Sales Account Manager to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will expertly engage with customers, exploring their situations and needs, and probing underlying issues that suggest broader solutions. You will maintain full accountability and ownership of revenue growth and accounts within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Expertly engage with customers to understand their needs and identify broader solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Maintain full accountability for revenue growth and account management within the assigned territory.
- Sales Activities: Maximize sales activities and achieve quotas by building deep Partner relationships, cross selling and upselling
- Partner Engagement: Drive overall Partner engagement and strategy in collaboration with the Channel Account Manager (CAM).
- Demand Generation: Operate as a demand generator, driving demand through creative campaigns and social media.
- Market Expansion: Grow the addressable market by identifying key accounts and mapping capabilities of existing Partners to target areas.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive results
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of tech field sales with strong preference for prior CX, CCaaS or UCaaS
- Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell within a list of existing accounts and develop new opportunities through Partners
- Territory Management
- Experience selling a full portfolio of solutions
- Education: University degree or equivalent experience

- Blend of experience in direct and channel sales.
- History of successful lead of strategic engagements
- Ability to build and maintain strong Partner relationships.
