About the Responsibilities

  • Based in Singapore, selling Professional Services across ASEAN region.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build business, relationships and network by identifying and selling prospects.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells Solution by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Giving demonstrations and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services
  • Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
  • Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
  • Reviewing cost and sales performance
  • Ensuring that sales targets are met

About the Requirements

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product/application to potential customers
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Motivation for Sales
  • Avaya contact center solution knowledge
  • API and DevOps knowledge
  • Cloud and AI knowledge
  • Developer/Architect background preferred


Education and Experience requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in Technical/streams/Computer science, IT sales, or business administration preferred
  • At least five (5) years of industry sales/pre-sales experience.
  • Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/Google).
  • Knowledge of DevOps and advance technologies like AI/ML.
  • Cloud services sales experience preferred.
