We are looking for someone to cover a Business Operations position to provide contracts review, business analysis and reporting in support of ACES Custom Applications Support team. You will be tasked with new contract validation (SAP) and renewals, project Scope-Of-Work (SOW)  analysis, booking analysis,  documentation of these contracts in ticketing systems. Generation of Expired/about-to-expire contracts report to different stakeholders. Maintenance of internal Contracts Database. The execution of complex business analysis and generation of reports and supporting materials including Revenue, Cost, HC (people), time utilization, and internal KPIs; Revenue OL , walk reporting, linearity and historical trends;  responsible for processes maintenance, documentation, and information management; proactively contributes to management reviews; participates in methods development and all business processes. Proactively acts to understand team needs and offer assistance even when not asked. Interprets internal/external business issues and recommended best practices; makes changes to own and others work to meet these. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.  Close collaboration with other Business Units, such as Finance, Revenue Assurance, Sales Operations, Vendor Management teams, etc.  Propose new requirements/ideas that will lead to data integrity/process/reporting/business analysis improvement. Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the right stakeholders.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
