Description
  • Manage planning across teams and develop communications to promote our solutions, programs and raise the internal and public profiles for our executives.
  • Create compelling messages that reinforce the Avaya strategy and value, and drive results. Maintain a consistent voice aligned with our brand and storytelling in writing and editing for our sales, partner and customer audiences. Take into account not only the immediate content, but also how it connects with the messages that came before and after to support the creation of compelling end-to-end content experiences.
  • Partner with all areas of marketing, product and operations teams, as well as Investor Relations, IT and other internal business stakeholders. Develop and edit materials submitted from across teams to communicate to ensure clear, concise messaging and calls to action that are aligned to strategic and corporate objectives and voice.
  • Contribute to the team’s role in driving continuous improvements, recommending and leading policy, process and tool enhancements to simplify complexities and increase our communication effectiveness and productivity. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to team in driving enhancements across teams, processes, tools and policies.

Experience
5 - 8 Years of Experience
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
