Job Information

Avaya is looking for a digitally savvy demand generation guru. You’ll be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing digital marketing campaigns that create awareness and demand for our portfolio of SaaS solutions. We’re looking for someone with experience in search engine marketing, programmatic advertising and social media. B2B or B2C experienced professionals are welcome.

  • Plan and execute multiplatform digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage email, search engine and programmatic marketing and lead nurturing efforts
  • Plan and run conversion testing and other experiments
  • Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as needed
  • Coordinate with product marketing teams on scope and direction of content creation
  • Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy
  • Work with marketing operations on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.
  • Work with the marketing leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process
  • Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities
  • Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth
  • Oversee paid media advertising campaigns
Required Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing; with at least 3 years in digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce, PPC, SEO, and SEM
  • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, ABM and CRM solutions
  • Experience with marketing automation, ABM and CRM solutions


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
