About the Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to-person for AVAYA ONECLOUD CCaaS Public in the region.
  • Define and align the Go-To-Market with Regional sales team (Sales Leader, Account and Channel Managers)
  • Identify, qualify and help close business opportunities in Avaya installed base as well as New Logos 
  • Engage actively with CXO level for CC transformation and customer business units, line of business and CC operations to identify new opportunities.
  • Elevate the existing partners and ecosystem to sell CCaaS as well as identify and support on-boarding new partners (i.e.: Consulting firms).
  • Evangelize Avaya's CCaaS offer to third part tech vendors and their ecosystems such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Service Now and others
  • Drive and manage successful sales / channel marketing campaigns and events.
  • Support team and cross-functional projects as assigned.
  • Give feedback of the market and customer needs and be actively involved in the process to improve and define Avaya CCaaS Public offer  
  • Enable Avaya Sales and Partner Sales teams on CCaaS positioning and selling

About the Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience in customer experience technology sales, business development, consultive selling.
  • Good understanding and deep experience in CCaaS, CC operations, CRM, AI, Analytics and Cloud industry.
  • Experience working within a cloud / SaaS organization and customer experience transformation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all areas of the sales cycle, including prospecting, initial discovery, presentation, demonstration and closing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening. (English fluent required)
  • Self-motivated and self-organized to achieve business objectives including customer meetings.
  • Understanding of the Regional market requirements and customer demands
  • Ability to engage with C-Level executives
  • Ability to: Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Handle unsolicited prospect visits, calls and contacts and turn them into sales.
  • Create convincing proposals and documentation.
  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex channel, partner, product and sales-related situations.
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate and integrate diverse teams and inputs into sales-focused strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of both technical and operational elements of how a contact center operates.  


  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
