Short Description

Responsibilities include interfacing with technical support and Quality Assurance teams to provide software fixes to address issues they identify in the field and in internal testing. The designer will be responsible for diagnosis, implementation, unit test, and technical documentation for software fixes in support of Windows 2000/XP/2003 based Visual Basic/C/C++ server software using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies for the Unified Communications area. This position will require working closely with other software designers, technical support engineers, and software testers.

The candidate MUST possess the following skills/experience:

  • Minimum 1 year Visual C++ programming experience and software development experience
  • Good written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Resourcefulness & ability to grasp new concepts quickly

 

The candidate SHOULD possess the following skills/experience:

  • Experience with telephony development.
  • Experience with database development.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
