Short Description

Based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, a Software Designer required to join a 6-person software development team within a complex software development project. The project consists of the development of unified messaging applications for the Unified Communications and real-time communications market space.


Responsibilities include the design, implementation, test, technical documentation, bugfix and support of enterprise scale server software in a Windows 2012/2016 based Visual C/C#/C++ server software using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies for the Unified Communications area. This position will require working closely with other software designers, technical support engineers, and software testers.

The candidate MUST possess the following skills/experience:

  • Minimum 2 year Visual C++ programming experience and software development experience
  • Good written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Resourcefulness & ability to grasp new concepts quickly


The candidate SHOULD possess the following skills/experience:

  • Experience with telephony development.
  • Experience with database development.
2 - 5 Years of experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Master degree or equivalent experience
