Description
The Performance Marketing Manager role is a high-impact, results-oriented position focused on scaling our global growth through paid media and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. You will serve as a key driver for our global performance efforts, managing English-speaking regions while coordinating with global agencies and internal specialists. This is a full-time remote position for a data-driven strategist who balances hands-on execution in LinkedIn and Demandbase with the ability to synchronize complex, multi-region campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Multi-Channel ABM Execution: Lead the planning and optimization of paid campaigns and Demandbase orchestration. You will manage spend to balance top-of-funnel brand awareness with deep-funnel activations, focusing on account penetration, intent signals, and high-value engagement.

Global Media Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for our international media ecosystem. You will partner with our US-based Google Ads lead and coordinate with our European agency partners to ensure brand consistency and performance across English-speaking and multi-language regions.

Data-Driven Acquisition: Create and execute acquisition strategies designed to drive qualified leads, pipeline, and brand authority. You will lead A/B testing for creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Rigorously monitor funnel performance and attribution models across different territories and channels. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, providing a clear picture of how performance media contributes to global revenue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign, Creative, and Content counterparts to align ad copy and landing page experiences with the customer journey, ensuring a seamless path from "first click" to "closed-won" on a global scale.
Requirements

7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing with a proven track record of scaling B2B programs for enterprise technology companies.

Proven ability to work effectively across time zones and partner with external agencies and internal specialists. You are adept at ensuring a cohesive strategy across diverse regions and marketing partners.

Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM systems (Salesforce).

Strong hands-on experience using Demandbase (or similar ABM platforms) to target specific accounts and personas.

Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and attribution models to optimize substantial advertising budgets effectively across multiple regions.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of ownership, accountability, and project management discipline.

Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate daily workflows, from content ideation and copywriting to data analysis and process automation.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
