ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Marketing Automation Administrator and Producer is responsible for both hands-on production within the marketing automation platform and for driving some of the technical work within the platform. This position is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the organization’s highly visible email marketing campaigns, landing pages and forms including setup, testing, launch, post deployment analysis, and optimization. This position works closely with others across the organization, including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and IT.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as all-around Eloqua and email expert, providing feedback on the capabilities and limitations of email code and the Eloqua engine.
  • Drives cross-platform integrations with Eloqua
  • Maintains and refines lead scoring and pathing.
  • Acts as an internal quality control check for all programs and projects to ensure they are on track.
  • Partners with demand team members and project coordinators on any pre-planning needed for specific multi-tier projects
  • Implements multivariate testing methodologies on all elements of email to increase conversion rates
  • Stay abreast of new Oracle Eloqua and marketing operations developments and make recommendations for strategic improvements to continually improve and develop the effectiveness of the platform.
  • Works closely with the team to design, build, test, and deploy email automations globally
  • Work with strategists in campaign development to provide recommendations for optimal campaign performance
  • Manages the overall execution of multiple, complex, campaigns simultaneously. Creates, designs, codes, and provides final execution of the email campaigns. Channels include all variations of online, landing pages, forms, and emails.
  • Works closely with account manager, designer, and copywriter within project management system.
  • Manages ongoing campaigns within assigned business units to assure high-impact delivery and achieves desired campaign results.

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate work experience
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools. Eloqua Master required. Experience with Eloqua Luminary is preferred.
  • Experience with complex marketing automation implementations, inclusive of intricate A/B testing, audience targeting, and dynamic content
  • Experience supporting CRM and MA processes including lead management, lead nurturing/scoring, campaign management, content management, web analytics, sales pipeline and forecast management.
  • Experience in SaaS based Marketing
  • Hands-on application configuration experience with Eloqua
  • SFDC experience
  • Experience providing training and guidance on best practices to Eloqua users.
  • Strong sense of collaboration across the organization
  • Self-starting, proactive, resourceful approach to work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with usability and A/B testing
  • Experience defining and measuring project success
  • HTML/HTML5/XHTML/CSS/CSS3/JavaScript
