About the Opportunity

Avaya Professional Services (APS) is looking for an experienced Strategic Growth leader to join us as a Managing Director, Security & Compliance. For this role you will need expertise in Cloud Security, Cloud Migration, Big Data/Business Analysis or CPaaS/third party integrations. Successful conceptualization and execution of initiatives under these categories will drive more than $20m of new sales which you will be accountable for. Your initiatives will also drive the next generation of professional services and consulting approaches to Avaya customers. Candidates with strong experience of Security or Cloud Product Management will be well suited to the role. Six Sigma Belts with a telecommunications background will also be strong candidates.  #LI-HK1


About the Responsibilities

  • Develop new wave sales offers around Security, Cloud, Big Data or CPaaS.
  •             Successfully conceptualize, design, launch and drive $20m of incremental sales through all available channels.
  •             Build and launch campaigns and tools with the Avaya teams to drive future pipeline.
  •             Be a thought leader, writing White Papers and social content.
  •             Evangelize and personify a consulting led business outcome approach to Services Strategy, Design & Sales.  

About the Requirements


            Must be ITlL V3 or V4 Certified/Must be CISSP or CCSK Security Certified

            Product Management or Six Sigma Belt experience is highly advantageous.

            10 years of experience. Perhaps managing; enterprise sales, professional services, business partners or product management. 

            A track record of success.

            Unified Communications or Contact Center experience is highly desired but not essential.

            Big picture thinking on emerging products and technologies.


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
