About The Opportunity

Avaya Solutions and Technology group had a roadmap carved out to cater to the business needs of large contact center customers, both on-prem and cloud. This opportunity is to identify bright and passionate software engineers with a knack of solving complex and critical customer problems with their ingenuity and skills in telecom domain.

To be successful in this role you will be responsible for owning and delivering the design, development and testing of multiple software tasks linked to the broad project of evolving the current contact center architecture for large contact centers.

About The Responsibilities

•Complete ownership of stories assigned during sprint planning 
•End to end responsibility of design, development, unit testing and assisting QA
•Active participation in design and code reviews
•Learning and sharing sessions 
•Contribution to automation testing framework and creating automated test cases

About The Requirements


•Strong design and coding skills in C/C++
•Proven experience in VoIP technologies like SIP 
•Exposure to Agile development processes and practices


•Network programming, multi-threading
•Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
•Good knowledge of static analysis and programming practices 
•Good knowledge of wireshark and other VoIP tools 
•Self-learner, takes initiative, good team player

7+ Years of Experience


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Advance Degree preferred
