Short Description

  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong hands-on experience on Session Border Controllers.
  • Good knowledge of VOIP protocols such as SIP and H.323 (Architecture, Signaling and call flow)
  • Good understanding of RTP/SRTP etc.
  • Administration and Maintenance of Session Border Controller is a must.
  • Experience on Avaya SBC will be an added advantage.
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Session Border Controller
  • Troubleshooting knowledge on SIP stations and SIP trunk-related issues.
  • Changing the route for call flow as per customer requirements
  • Knowledge in upgrades/patching of SBC servers.
  • Good Understanding of CODECs
  • Knowledge in security certificates will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in sigma scripting will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of analyzing PCAP using Wireshark for Troubleshooting.
  • Good Knowledge of Linux
  • Knowledge of virtualization will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.




4 - 8 Years of Experience


Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree or Tech Certificate in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
