The Solutions and Technology team is looking for an Offer Manager to help support offers and pricing for various Avaya solutions including Unified Communications, Contact Center, Cloud and the Services Offer portfolio of Maintenance, Managed and Professional Services. You will engage with product operations, marketing, sales, finance, product management and services. Various activities include analyzing existing pricing and promotions to ensure market appropriateness, implementation of promotions to drive short term adoption of solutions, maintaining discount tables, monitoring, updating regional pricing based on exchange rate changes, maintaining cost tables and performing cost analysis to ensure profitability of offers.  Additionally, this role will support updates to the Services offer documentation and policies. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. 
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of data driven pricing analytics and advanced expertise in Excel using large datasets.  You should also have experience in pricing and commercial strategies for enterprise cloud communications solutions, Unified Communications, Contact Center applications and Services.  You should also have a balance of technical and business / market expertise, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive profit maximization. 


•    Implements promotions to drive short term adoption of solutions.
•    Analyzes and maintains market appropriate pricing. 
•    Measure effectiveness for various pricing tactics for different channels, segments, and services. 
•    Applies a balance of technical and business/market expertise to create offers that address customer needs, complement the company’s strategy, and contribute to the company’s financial success.
•    During major transitions such as market launch or withdrawal, will plan and execute the transition to competitive advantage and eliminate revenue risk for Avaya and our customers.
•    Builds connections across functions with internal stakeholders, such as product & program management, marketing, services, sales, and go-to-market so that the offer is a holistic solution for customers and absorbed quickly and successfully in the market.
•    Works independently and exercises judgement within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.



•    Strong expertise in Excel and managing large sets of data.
•    Solid background in pricing offers for enterprise communications solutions. Experience in Cloud, Unified Communications, Contact Center applications and Services is a plus.
•    Demonstration of quantifiable success in previous roles.
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•    5+ years of equivalent experience.

•    Strong understanding of pricing strategies, data driven pricing analytics and offer constructs.
•    Ability to work and drive success in a cross-functional team environment, including globally diverse teams. 
•    Big picture thinking on emerging technologies, services, and solutions.


•    Full time position working from Pune office and Argentina.
•    Limited travel required.
