Opportunity to work on cloud-based System Administration software which will manage various Avaya solutions. Avaya OneCloudTM Admin Portal is a single pane of glass interface that delivers self service capabilities for Cloud, Hybrid or On-Premise deployments.  The Admin portal plays a vital role in the Customers Cloud Journey once customer onboarding is complete and Day 2 operations begin.  Once a customer deployment is complete, the web-based portal provides operational administrative services enabling a customer to execute MACD’s.


•    Responsible for implementing and operating Administration Portal which is a management automation platform for Enterprise Communications (Unified Communications, Collaboration, Contact Center) for Avaya OneCloud
•    Collaborate on unified backlog with internal customer (other R&D teams engaged in creating Solution)
•    Implement DevOps CI/CD Pipelines and support live services for hundreds of thousands of live users worldwide
•    Work with partner supplying software and/or services to plan and implement enhancements per the roadmap
•    Develop features using latest technology stacks including serverless and cloud architecture.
•    Automation using Jenkins, ansible and Terraform etc


•    Expertise in Multi-cloud (GCP. Azure, AWS), Linux systems, Java & Javascript languages and Design patterns.
•    Experience in integrating with IT service management systems (such as Active Directory), ServiceNow
•    Collaboration with adopters to execute sprint deliverables
•    Good understanding of Networks / Telecom, Web Systems and Architectures
•    Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies.
•    A previous experience with Avaya CC/UC solutions (or Cisco CUCM, Unity, IM&P, etc.) is not a prerequisite, but would be desirable


•    A previous experience with Management and Provisioning (MACD) tools such as Kurmi, Starfish, Voss, Stack8, Arcadian is not a prerequisite, but would be desirable.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Master degree or equivalent experience
