About the Opportunity

The HR Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing daily tasks related to the GenAI Tool and various HR operations activities. In this role, you will:
•    Manage and resolve case management tickets efficiently.
•    Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
•    Handle employee documents within the document management system, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
•    Identify trends in the tickets and provide insights to improve processes.
•    Share detailed ticket usage analysis with the team to support decision-making.
•    Assist with various HR operations activities as needed.
•    Administer the HR Policy Portal and update HR policies on Currents.
•    Support the execution of all GenAI modules.
•    Assist in testing new AI Modules

About You

•    Excellent communication skills should be able to interact with all departments and business partners.
•    Ability to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all employee data, ensuring all records and information remain secure.
•    Hands-on experience through projects, internships, or work experience in AI-related roles.
•    Experience in a shared service environment with knowledge of any AI tools will be a plus.
•    Analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
•    Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support HR operations effectively.
•    Team player with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
•    Ability to quickly learn and accurately complete complex processes.
•    Graduation degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, is preferred.
