Short Description
Operates within one of the human resources operations/administration functions such as the Global Employee Service Center, training operations or workforce reporting. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, ensuring compliance with local country laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with international benefits plans, timely and accurate payroll processing. Manages and makes recommendation for process improvement for any of the following: new hire employment administration, personnel administration, organizational/position management, officer and executive data administration, international HR data information management, union-represented employee data administration, mergers and acquisition information management, training operations, and human capital data management and analysis. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria and provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex issues/problems.
