About The Oppportunity

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities:

•Create and monitor HR Data Analytics and automation initiatives to support business decisions 
•Responsible for the timely and accurate production of HR related Analytics and Management Reports
•Develop and optimize HR analytics capabilities and Management Information, re-engineer processes and manage and control HR technology whilst ensuring efficient HR systems.
•Develop management routines to ensure analytics are consistently leveraged and evolve to meet the needs of HR and business objectives
•Provide support to users on their queries and enhancing the quality of reports produced.
•Provide support to Group/Regional team for any new projects/systems launch/updates.
• Define framework, methodology and metrics for HR analytics using existing tools and identify and introduce new tools as relevant to the business needs 
• Drive discussions with internal stakeholders to understand current needs and potential areas for analytics to support business decisions. 
• Drive Audits and Audit preparations for all HR processes

About The Requirements

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Implementation experience is an added advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with at least 7-10 years of work experience
  • •Experience of or exposure to analytics and reporting.
  • Strong MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.) Smartsheet skills and knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and modelling.
  • Exposure to various analytics tools like R, PowerBI, SAC and other BI tools is a big advantage
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, an analytical mind, and has strong problem-solving skills
  • Encourages open discussion of different ideas and views, good communicator at all levels of the organization and seen as trustworthy and transparent.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
