The Contact Center (CC) E-Administration team in Pune is looking for creative, skilled Java Developer to work on cloud-based System Administration software which will manage various Avaya solutions. Avaya Admin aaS is a single pane of glass interface that delivers self service capabilities for Cloud, Hybrid or On-Premises deployments.  Admin aaS plays a vital role in the Customers Cloud Journey once customer onboarding is complete and Day 2 operations begin.  Once a customer deployment is complete, the web-based portal provides operational administrative services enabling a customer to execute MACD’s.



•    Responsible for implementing and operating Administration aaS which is a management automation platform for Enterprise Communications (Unified Communications, Collaboration, Contact Center) for Avaya OneCloud
•    Collaborate on unified backlog with internal customer (other R&D teams engaged in creating Solution)
•    Develop features using latest technology stacks including serverless and cloud architecture.
•    Work within a team, collaborate, and add value through participation in peer code review, provide comments and suggestions and work across functional team to achieve goals.
•    Developing new user-facing features using React.js
•    Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
•    Implement DevOps CI/CD Pipelines and support live services for hundreds of thousands of live users worldwide






•    3-7 years of experience in implementation of Management Solutions ( Configuration & MACDs ) for UC and / or CC Solutions (Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, Broadsoft, Mitel, Genesys, etc.)




•    Good knowledge of Java fundamentals & Hands on experience with Java, J2EE, ReactJS, NodeJS
•    Strong understanding of Spring boot, REST API, ReactJS, Hibernate, Docker, Microservices, Maven.
•    Strong understanding of Kubernetes and microservice orchestration.
•    Experience with TDD
•    Database like PostgreSQL, MySQL
•    Experience with implementing Cert Management, IAM ( Authorization, Authentication ), integrating with Active Directory, ServiceNow, IDP, SSO
•    Experience with agile processes and sprint methodology
•    Hands on experience in Major cloud providers (GCP, Azure - Desired, AWS)
•    Good understanding of Linux systems, Security Patches, and administration of same
•    A knack for benchmarking and optimization
•    Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, Bit bucket etc.
