Short Description

Directs the development, strategy, deployment and implementation of global enablement and readiness programs for internal and channel sales teams. Drives the growth and development of core industry expertise to facilitate the acquisition of qualified leads, improve ramp time, improve lead conversion, retain existing accounts, improve win rates and drive sales revenue. Partners and builds meaningful relationships with key individuals and teams with functional solution leadership teams, product BUs, marketing and sales leads. Uses these relationships to maximize the reach and effectiveness of program delivery to the sales field and partners. Designs and develops curricula and enablement content, leveraging advice from instructional designers and SMEs, as appropriate. Utilizes a range of tools and learning approaches to ensure programs gain full reach and effectiveness while remaining cost effective. Defines, tracks and reports on key metrics that show enablement activity, sales productivity and enablement effectiveness. Work is performed without appreciable direction. Identifies complex business needs and develops cutting edge solutions that require full integration of the company’s strategies. Typically requires 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is preferred.
