Description
As part of the Avaya Commercial Sales Organization, the Inside Sales Account Manager will play a critical role selling Avaya’s full portfolio of Cloud solutions to SMB customers. To be successful in this role the Account Manager must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, solution selling, negotiations and closing deals to meet sales quotas. The role will focus on cross-selling, upselling and partner selling.
Responsibilities cover:
- ·Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- · Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- · Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- · Perform effective online demos to prospects
- · Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
- · Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- · Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- · Maintains records of all activities in PRM systems
ABOUT YOU
- · Proven experience in direct quota-carrying sales
- · History of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- · Technical understanding - prior experience with Avaya products preferred
- · Strong ability to build relationships at all levels
- · Customer focus
- · Data management – Quoting and Opportunity system management
