Short Description

RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT SUPPORT TO A VICE PRESIDENT OR SENIOR DIRECTOR. Requires continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: prepares correspondence, memoranda, and reports; screens telephone calls and visitors; schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, direction, and guidance. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.
