About the Responsibilities

Achieve quota of CCaaS seats within your NA region.

  • Manage your funnel, and forecast accurately.
  • Support both Avaya front line sales and partner sales teams as the CCaaS sales SME to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Be a customer advocate, and understand the customers business drivers.  Contact Centers are all about customer experience, and you are a leader.

About the Requirements


  • Requires proven CCaaS solution selling experience with an established sales record of over-performance.
  • Solid understanding of CC and cloud


  • The role may be based in any major North American location, and may be office or remote worker based, with travel as required.


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
