About the Responsibilities

The successful candidates will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support both Avaya front line sales and partner sales teams as the CCaaS technical sales SME to accelerate sales cycles.  You are a subject matter expert in Contact Centre solutions, and cloud deployments.
  • Be a customer advocate, and understand the customers business drivers.  Contact Centers are all about customer experience, and you are a leader.
  • Set a vision, and be a visionary.  Lead product demonstrations

About the Requirements


  • Requires proven CCaaS technical selling experience.
  • Preferred to have a technical CC background with a strong understanding of both technical and operational elements of how a contact center operates.

  • The role may be based in any major North American location, and may be office or remote worker based, with travel as required.


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical field preferred
