About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong background in Cyber Security.  We require a person with passion and experiences within the Contact Centre environment to join our New Jersey office, contributing to our wider international based team

•    Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for related to security & privacy.
•    Working closely with the CloudOps/CTO to create and adhere to privacy by design core principles.
•    Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by implementing training and education around security guidelines among value streams development teams.
•    Serving as the primary point of contact for audits and implementing best practices to keep compliant (SOC2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA)
•    Working closely with our CloudOps to align security expectations and manage IT contractors
•    Creating and abiding to a security budget and forecasting future budget needs
•    Overseeing security controls in onboarding and offboarding complex enterprise projects
•    Completing potential customer questionnaires around security measures and safety of cloud platforms.

Compensation

The pay range for this opportunity is from $134,600 to $190,750 + performance-related bonus + benefits
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
