About The Opportunity

Avaya is looking for a passionate Data enthusiast product manager who can deliver a rousing story on why design decisions were made and ignite people’s passion for the product, full of imagination about the future and data's role in resolving business challenges and driving AI adoption.

This role will be responsible for Defining the AI and Analytic product vision and strategy for building Analytics capabilities to understand customer and agent behavior throughout every interaction and touch point on Avaya’s CX platform, using data analysis, profiling, and modeling activity to increase understanding of customer intent and drive the next best actions to respond to different treatments and messages throughout the customer journey, driving the target business outcome like acquisition, cross-sell, retention, etc.

Mixing operational reporting, insightful analytics, and predictive forecast to flesh out user personas and better understand your customers. Identifying trends and areas for potential experience improvement, monitoring and reporting performance against customer experience KPIs and service levels, 

About You

-5+ years of Analytics product management, product marketing, and business development.
-Experience as a product manager or owner in CX Analytics
-Mapping data to user needs, market trends, and product changes
-Statistics and Math.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Overseeing development and launch of SaaS products.
-Staying informed, and keeping up to date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and relevant industry trends.
-Data Visualization and Storytelling.
-Querying/manipulating data and understanding database structure.
-Basic coding skills: Using R programming, SQL, and/or Python in data modeling and machine learning to quickly gather your insights to prototype and develop conceptual testing without needing to rely on data teammates.
-Knowledge of Big data Analytic tools must include some of the following: Hadoop, Apache Spark, MongoDB, Microsoft HDInsight, DynamoDB, Kafka, and Talend.
