About the Responsibilities
  • Manages and enhances revenue optimization (US GAAP rules knowledge required) and profit maximization models for pricing and discounting using a broad array of statistical and segmentation techniques.
  • Manages the research and interpretation of segment level, country level, offer level, customer level, and channel level win/loss, revenue, and profit and price elasticity for management review.
  • Knowledge of the Unified Communications/Contact Centers solutions and Avaya portfolio.  Excellent Commercial & Business Acumen and ability to structure CapEx, OpEx (Subscription, Cloud and Managed Services) deals.
  • Excellent Excel modeling skills, SFDC knowledge. Develops databases and reports that allow for the provision of timely and actionable pricing information for upper management. Manages the testing and measure effectiveness for various pricing tactics for different channels, segments, and services. 
  • Excellent intra-personal skills to work with sales, legal, services, marketing, product management teams in Avaya and comfortable presenting to senior executives at deal reviews.
  • Work is completed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Willingness to Adapt, ability to work independently with remote supervision, self-learn new processes, product offerings
  • Team player willing to cover for Deals Desk team globally across time zones as and when required.
About the Requirements

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven’ experience in IT/telecom related industry.
  • Knowledge of the Unified Communications/Contact Centers solutions and of the Avaya portfolio

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent Commercial & Business Acumen and ability to structure CapEx, OpEx (Subscription, Cloud and Managed Services) deals.
  • US GAAP rules knowledge is required
  • Excellent Excel modeling skills, SFDC knowledge.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. MBA is preferred
