Short Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Tax Reporting, the Senior Manager will be responsible for tax reporting and tax research.

Oversess the development of strategies and tactical plans for tax operations and ensuring these plans continue to support aggressive tax minimization strategies; managing the tax operations group responsible for tax compliance activities; managing the development of tax methods, procedurees, policies, and systems specifications to support tax analysis, compliance and financial reporting requirements; leading the planning, analysis, and review of corporate tax returns; and performing/managing the analysis of and interpretation of new/existing tax law, case law, and rulings. Incumbent is recognized as an expert in their field and is viewed as a valuable technical resource, continually applying leading edge tax skills to complex tax activities in order to achieve the aggressive tax objectives and strategies of the organization. Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems.


  1. Review the Company’s tax provision.
  2. Review the Company’s US federal and state and local tax returns.
  3. Perform and review day to day tax research.
  4. Coordinate and liase with professional service firms.
  5. Coordinate with tax reporting and monitor the external audit for year-end and quarterly SEC filings.
  6. Review SEC filings.
  7. Coordinate U.S. and state and local tax examinations.
  8. Liase with Treasury Group

Required Skills:

  1. Seven to Fifteen years of experience in tax.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  3. Master in Tax.
  4. CPA.
  5. Knowledge of capital and currency markets, accounting, finance and tax.
  6. Experience in SEC reporting & SOX compliance, as well as statutory and GAAP reporting.
  7. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
