Short Description

We are looking for a Solutions Enablement Manager to take responsibility for the development and roll-out of demonstration capability to showcase Avaya Solutions. The position sits within Solutions Marketing, reporting into the Director of Solutions Enablement and Competitive Intelligence.  

Central to this role is the development of compelling use-case scenarios across multiple verticals showcasing the enhanced customer and employee journeys associated with the deployment of our technology.

The valuable business outcomes associated with such deployment are also to be demonstrated.

  • Interwork with the Portfolio Marketing Primes across Avaya UCaaS; CCaaS and CPaaS to document a clear roadmap of capabilities to build into the demo showcase
  • Work with implementation team to build out stories that generate empathy and elicit an appreciation of the value associated with the capabilities being shown
  • Support the inclusion of third-party solutions in the demonstration showcase as required
  • Ensure the adoption of best practices from a demonstration perspective, and identify areas of improvement or new best practices for showcasing capabilities
  • Work with our media companies to transform demos into standalone videos that can be leveraged offline by sales and in places such as Avaya YouTube
  • Ensure a feedback loop is in place on demo capabilities and assets to ensure effectiveness
Additional Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain formal and informal key performance indicators to track effectiveness
  • Provide and manage a framework through which new solutions can be added to the infrastructure, and insight from sales can be captured, understood, and fed back into the demonstration process to increase effectiveness
  • Support our showcase at events, ensuring it effective, relevant and well positioned
  • Enable our specialists, sales and partners to effectively position and demonstrate the showcase
  • Support the rollout of the showcase across CBCs etc.




  • At least 7-10 years' solutions marketing or sales enablement experience.
  • Knowledge of Avaya solutions and product portfolio
  • Business / marketing degree, MBA or equivalent required
  • Experience in operating in complex, multi-national and multi-faceted (e.g. matrix) environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Credibility and interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
  • Absolute passion for all things people-related, current trends in education, learning and employee experience, and the future of work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to people of all levels, personality traits and learning styles.
  • Self-motivated performance driven professional able to operate individually.
