Candidate will be a member of the US Payroll team responsible for processing payroll through ADP GlobalView managing payroll administration process on ADP Globalview Platform, including such areas as deductions, communications, accounting, tax, and time reporting. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management.  Responsibilities will include providing solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.  Partner with APD Managed Services to support client-side responsibilities around pre-payroll data validation and post-payroll confirmation and balancing.  


Responsibilities will include partnership with APD Managed Services to support client side responsibilities around pre-payroll data validation and post-payroll confirmation.  The role includes partnering with HR in the management of benefit interfaces and data from Avaya’s SAP EC platform.  Candidate will work closely with ADP Managed Services, Compliance Solutions and Payment Services.


  • Experience in US Payroll Operations, ADP GlobalView, SAP and eTime
  • Well rounded in processing all aspects of payroll adjustments, i.e. – refunds/makeups for any type of deduction/tax.  Experienced in handling various payroll operations processing, i.e. - Late terminations, Reversals, Off cycle, death cases, Yearend processing, Amendments, Same Day Pay State, Stock Transactions (RSU/Options), SSL creation/upload, etc.
  • Must have a good understanding of creating/running/using reports for payroll processing, balancing of payroll and GL, etc.


The pay range for this opportunity is from $78,200 to $105,550 + performance-related bonus + benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
