About the Opportunity

The Master Agent Partner Development Manager owns the recruitment, engagement, and enablement of new and dormant sub-agents, nurturing them into enthusiastic, productive partners. The PDM collaborates closely with Master Agent National Partner Manager counterparts to identify and onboard targets and align to training tracks to ensure partners are field ready. PDM is ultimately responsible for activating sub-agent partners with Avaya public cloud offers. Quarterbacks overall partner readiness and sales success by aligning internal and partner resources for successful interactions resulting in mindshare and momentum. Orchestrates world-class UCaaS partner experience.

About the Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a quarterly account plan that spells out sales targets and the needed initiatives /activities to deliver desired results
  • Work with Master Agent National CAM counterparts to educate partner executives, LOB owners, and sales teams on Avaya public cloud products, programs, promotions, pricing, and sales campaigns
  • Build and execute channel strategies by creating and presenting mutual sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for results
  • Understand partner’s business. Match company goals to partner needs then explore and define the benefits of working together
  • Drive funnel build efforts with targeted sellers of assigned partners/agent.  Drive alignment, best practices, and new products via ongoing enablement and support efforts
  • Facilitate ease of business. Keep operational and process complexity to a minimum from partner viewpoint. Orchestrate best-in-class UCaaS partner experience
  • Own overall partner relationship, growth, and enablement strategies to meet or exceed seat target objectives
  • Drive Avaya mindshare with agents and sellers within partner organizations through events, webinars, 1-1’s and co-selling
  • Hands on support of early stage partners with an engage, enable, ramp motion focused on decreasing partner time to revenue
  • Act as single point of contact to build, own and nurture sub-agent relationships within specified book of business

Experience

2 - 5 Years of experience

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
