ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Human Resources Transformation Specialist at Avaya, you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing transformative initiatives within the Human Resources department. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute strategic HR programs and processes that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and overall HR efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Design and Improvement:
• Conduct research and analysis to identify industry best practices and emerging trends in HR transformation.
• Lead the redesign and optimization of HR processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement technology solutions to streamline HR operations.
Change Management:
• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies.
• Work closely with HR business partners to communicate changes and address employee concerns. Design and deliver training programs to ensure HR staff and other stakeholders are proficient in new processes and technologies.
• Create user guides and documentation to support the implementation of HR transformation initiatives.
Data Analysis:
• Utilize data and analytics to assess the impact of HR initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to HR transformation and report on progress to leadership.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with IT, finance, and other relevant departments to integrate HR processes with overall organizational systems and strategies.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for specific HR transformation
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR transformation, process improvement, or change management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or business analytics preferred
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decisions
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to HR practices
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite with advanced level excel skills
COMPENSATION
The pay range for this opportunity is from $121,300 to $163,800 + performance-related bonus + benefits
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
