Short Description

Manages all human resources operation and administration including the Global Employee Service Centers, training operations and workforce reporting.  Responsibilities may include but are not limited to employee care for instance compliance with local country laws and regulations, compliance with international benefits plans, timely and accurate payroll processing, training program administration for instance billing, session logistics and course registration or human capital data management and analysis for instance headcount reporting.  Provides guidance and support to the management team in their pursuit of development opportunities by providing tools, suggestions, and learning opportunities to meet employee career goals. Manages projects, processes, or programs within scope linking to business initiatives. Manages the process support for any of the following: new hire employment administration; personnel administration; organizational/position management; officer and executive data administration; international HR data information management; union-represented employee data administration; and mergers and acquisition information management. Work is completed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.

Qualifications

 Ideal candidate should have an HR-MIS background and should be able to do a GES ( Global Employee Service center)  facilitation function which will include the knowledge of global background screening (HireRight)

 

 

Microsoft office – excel/advanced excel – Word, PowerPoint, Access.

  • HRIS systems like SAP (SuccessFactors)
  • Macros
  • Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
