ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY     

 

TA Operations Specialist will provide support to the Recruiting Team on tasks related to the full life-cycle recruitment process by being responsible for various day-day operational tasks related to recruiting.

This person enjoys the challenge of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals and will play a key role in enabling the recruiting team to effectively attract and hire Avaya team members. 
 
•    Responsible for daily support on the general administration of ATS mainly towards the Requisitions and Offer approval workflow
•    Provide timely support to recruiters on various day-day activities
•    Vendor Management – Helping with the procurement and onboarding process
•    Support recruiters with interview scheduling/coordination as required
•    Governance/Compliance tracking and audit support
•    Responds to candidate inquiries to ensure a positive candidate experience
•    Support and maintain recruiting dashboard and associated reports
•    Publishing and maintaining an annual recruiting calendar
•    Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the candidate experience
•    Establish and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members and business partners, to assist with recruiting and hiring needs.
•    Provide support for other TA processes, projects, and business initiatives, including candidate sourcing and screening and research, data collection, and reporting as requested
•    Policy & Process Management – Yearly policy refresh
•    Facilitate candidate travel arrangements for interviews and process candidate expenses related to travel
•    Support recruiting-related events; including attending events as requested
•    Work on projects as assigned
 

Hybrid role - 3 days in Morristown, NJ office.

What can you bring?

•    Strong systems knowledge and ability to learn systems & processes quickly
•    SAP SuccessFactors ATS experience (preferred) or any other enterprise ATS & CRM platforms is a must
•    Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills
•    Demonstrable ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple deadlines
•    Team player, willingness to help where and when needed
•    Ability to learn complex processes quickly and complete with precision
•    Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when appropriate
•    Customer service orientation with a desire to go above and beyond
•    Good communication skills
•    Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent with 3-4 or more years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related area.
•    Experience with all production in the Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Bookings.
 

COMPENSATION         

 

The pay range for this opportunity is from $79,600.00-$135,400.00+ performance-related bonus + benefits.

 

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
