ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY     

 

The Global TA Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team with the recruitment process and day-to-day tasks related to TA operations. This includes enabling the recruiting team to effectively meet expectations, shift gears at a moment’s notice, and help build a great organization of talented individuals. The Global TA Coordinator will also be responsible for managing the business immigration requirements. This includes handling immigration queries from the business, candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HRBPs.

The main responsibilities of the Global TA Coordinator include:

- Supporting the administration of ATS, mainly towards the Requisitions and Offer approval workflow

- Managing policies and processes

- Providing timely support to recruiters on various day-to-day activities

- TA Vendor Management, including helping with procurement/RFP process, onboarding process, and relationship management

- Assisting with interview scheduling and responding to candidate inquiries to ensure a positive candidate experience

- Coordinating activities for creating management dashboard and reports

- Continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the candidate experience

- Establishing and maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders to assist with recruiting and hiring needs

- Providing support for other TA processes, projects, and business initiatives

- Facilitating candidate travel arrangements for interviews and processing candidate expenses related to travel

- Supporting recruiting-related events as needed

- Provide audit support for recruiting governance and compliance tracking

- The coordinator is also expected to maintain comprehensive records of all immigration documents for each employee and prepare immigration reports and analytics for the stakeholders - The coordinator will also handle visa applications, extensions, and renewals in coordination with our global immigration attorney, Fragomen - Creating job postings and managing Evergreen requisitions in ATS - Working on projects as assigned

Hybrid role - 3 days in Morristown, NJ office.

 

ABOUT YOU


 What can you bring?

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration, or equivalent with 3-4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

• Strong systems knowledge and ability to learn systems & processes quickly.

• SAP SuccessFactors ATS experience (preferred) or other enterprise ATS & CRM platforms is necessary.

• 1-2 years of experience in immigration coordination within the HR function.

• Ability to build rapport and effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Customer service orientation with a desire to go above and beyond.

• Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills

• Demonstrable ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple deadlines.

• Team player, willingness to help where and when needed.

• Ability to learn complex processes quickly and complete with precision.

• Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when appropriate.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

COMPENSATION         

 

The pay range for this opportunity is from $79,600.00-$107,500+ performance-related bonus + benefits.

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
